Dublin, Ireland, 04 05 2023. OpenJaw Technologies with its t-Retail Platform announced its cooperation with Lufthansa Systems and their SIRAX/ONE Order product, fully supporting the transition to order-based airline retailing.
With this move we jointly support the transition from outdated processes and technologies towards modern airline retailing in line with current customer expectations. Through this cooperation, OpenJaw Technologies enables airlines to sell, account, and track the delivery of flight-and non-flight-products and services seamlessly, bringing airlines closer to other retailers. It allows airlines to be agile, to innovate and move from PNRs, e-tickets and EMDs, towards orders and services.
