Our Story

Founded in 2002 by three Irish entrepreneurs, OpenJaw has successfully transformed itself from a start-up to a global business processing 35 million passengers a year with a gross transaction value of $8 billion.

OpenJaw currently employs over 250 talented staff across three offices, all with deep domain expertise in travel technologies including distribution systems, ancillary revenues, dynamic packaging, NDC and digital experiences. Headquartered in Dublin (Ireland), OpenJaw also services its global customer-base from regional offices in Galway (Ireland), and Dalian (China).

Since May 2016, OpenJaw became a wholly owned subsidiary of TravelSky Technology Limited, the dominant provider of information technology solutions for China’s aviation and travel industry and publicly traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

With a 100% track record of delivering multi-vendor, multi-year solutions to clients, OpenJaw is a proven delivery partner for large scale Retailing and NDC solutions.
